This Policy forms a part of our Terms of Service. If you reside in the U.S. and are under 13 years of age, you should not use our Services. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that data and the associated account.

• Payment Information: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled securely through third-party platforms like the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Their terms govern payment processing and refunds; MicAI Software Limited does not store your credit card details.

• Usage and Device Data: We may collect technical details about your mobile device, operating system version, unique device identifiers, internet protocol (IP) address, and crash logs.

• In-App Behavior: We track how you interact with the NexFit app, including the frequency of logs, features used, and time spent in specific modules, to optimize performance and usability.

Personal Information We Receive From Third Parties

• Social Login Providers: If you sign up using Apple or Google authentication, we receive basic profile verification data (such as your verified email address) from them.

• Connected Health Ecosystems: With your explicit permission, NexFit syncs relevant metrics from your device's native health repositories, such as Apple HealthKit or Android Google Health Connect.
  Ecosystem Privacy Rule: Data retrieved directly from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect is governed by their respective platforms. MicAI Software Limited will never use this unique synced health data for marketing, advertising, or transfer it to third-party advertising networks.

We process your data strictly to deliver, refine, and secure your fitness experience:

• Providing and Personalizing the Services: Managing your account, computing personal health and strength metrics, providing workout analytics, and tailoring nutrition recommendations to your goals.

• Improving App Performance: Using analytical tools to spot crashes, fix software bugs, test new interfaces, and enhance overall application stability.

• Communication: Sending technical alerts, support updates, and administrative changes regarding our terms or this privacy notice.

• Correction and Deletion: You can edit your profile information or delete your account at any time via the app settings. Deleting your account initiates the purging of your personal records from our active databases.

• Device Permissions: You can grant or revoke NexFit’s access to device features (like the camera for progress photos, or HealthKit/Health Connect integration) at any time through your mobile device’s system settings.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect shifts in our app functionality or legal requirements. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and provide a notification within the NexFit app if the updates significantly alter your rights.
